At ChandeliersLife, we want your home to shine perfectly, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all lighting fixtures in their original condition. If your new centerpiece doesn't meet your expectations, we are committed to facilitating a smooth and transparent exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the fixture to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the chandelier and place all components, crystals, and mounting hardware back into the original manufacturer packaging to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the carton and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure transport back to our facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the fixture is in resalable condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
